Recipe for Seabourn’s 30th Anniversary Cocktail: Passion Pearls

The traditional 30th anniversary gift is pearl, so with this in mind, world-renowned mixologist Brian van Flandern crafted an exclusive cocktail to help Seabourn Cruise Line celebrate its milestone.

With a brand-new ship coming out this spring as well as new overland journeys and wellness programs, 2018 promises to be an exciting 30th year for Seabourn.

 

Try a taste of the Seabourn lifestyle in your own home, with the following recipe:

 

Passion Pearls

1 ½ oz passion fruit puree
¼ oz simple syrup
4 oz champagne
¼ oz Hennessy VSOP cognac

 Mix puree, syrup, and cognac well. Pour into a champagne flute. Add champagne. Enjoy.
