I have been using Stellar Travel for about the past year and have booked at least 10 trips through them during that time. That includes a fantastic Valentine’s Day trip to Paris (which went off without a hitch and was filled with all kinds of unexpected, pre-arranged perks), visits along the East and West coasts. They have even managed to make my trips to visit my family as painless as possible (a real feat!) I’ve even started using them to help with my business travel bookings (which my company already does for me, but not nearly as well.) Of course, as when you work with any facet of the service industry, I made sure in the beginning to inform the couple of agents that I have worked with what my priorities are. They are not mind readers, and it is unreasonable to expect them to anticipate my individual idiosyncrasies. (My experience with so many people is that they have unrealistic expectations and never even bother to disclose them until they it’s too late.) I cannot speak to the way Stellar handles customer complaints, as I have not yet had any. It would surprise me, however, based on my experience with them thus far, that they would do anything less than bend over backwards to make things right. I have every intention to continue using Stellar Travel to book all of my travel in the foreseeable future, and I recommend them to friends and colleagues. No complaints from them yet, either.

We had a fabulous time in Maui. Loved the Lahaina Shores, the view was post card. It was a wonderful place to stay, the location was great. Old Lahaina Luau was so nice, thank you for getting us tickets to that. I would do our whole vacation over again, everything was great and we had the best time ever. Thanks for all you did, you were so helpful and pleasant to talk with on the phone.
