Are you one of those people who rent a car and when it comes time to fill the gas tank you come up blank? Get out, run around the vehicle looking for the gas cap then, because you pulled the car to the wrong side have to back up and maneuver to the opposite side? That’s me, every time.
In my very own face palm moment, one of our advisors points out that there’s an arrow or triangle on the fuel gage that points to the side of the car the gas cap is on.
Most new cars have this arrow but some European cars, such as the Citroën, have a hose icon to tell you where the gas cap is located.
