I doubt many people have hollow feelings about money spent on a multigenerational trip with their family, or a girlfried getaway or a destination wedding or a visit to the land of their ancestors. These are experiences that can’t rust, will never break, and can never be lost. They don’t depreciate; they only appreciate. They are the very best investments in the future.
