I am a customer who uses your company for business travel through my union located in Seattle WA so I am not a direct customer but rather a third party customer (if you will).
Today I’m writing to give kudos to one of your employees, Tim Thirkield, because I feel it is important for your company to hear about the good things your employees do for their customers. Tim works closely with one of my union’s executive secretaries to make travel arrangements for those of us who go on trips. Often I ask for certain departure times or carriers or other special requests so she has to ask and re-ask Tim to help with my arrangements.
Over past few years I have traveled on union business several times a year and to the best of my recollection Tim has always handled my travel arrangements. I would like to express my gratitude for Tim’s patience and due diligence in working with me to meet and exceed my travel arrangement requests. Occasionally Tim has been asked to make arrangements at the last minute and yet he is still able to accommodate most if not all my particular needs and does it cheerfully, quickly and with the utmost professionalism. I am sure Tim would humble himself and say that he is “just doing his job” but what he does goes far beyond that scope. I truly appreciate the exemplary performance and service Tim does for me in making my travel arrangements. Thank you and your company for hiring and retaining an employee of his caliber because working with him is always a pleasure.

Jim and I had a fantastic time and the wedding was over the top. We loved the resort and felt very pampered. The food was delicious everywhere. Our wedding coordinator, Fatima, was great. I was partial to the flowers. Alison's bouquet and the bridesmaid's were more than I hoped for. . Of course, our daughter, was gorgeous. Thanks for turning her on to Dreams! So many of our guests said it was the best wedding they had been to.

Well, the vacation glow is starting to wear off and we’re all unpacked and settling in at home. I wanted to tell you that we had THE MOST FANTASTIC TIME!
It was AWESOME. You absolutely NAILED it with the accommodations – that is *exactly* what we were looking for. We LOVED Honua Kai. It was way worth the upgrade for Ocean view. We got a fantastic room on the 6th floor. Everything you set up from us went incredibly smoothly.
Thank you so much for all your help – it was our best family vacation ever!

Hi Rita,
We are just finishing up our two-weeks in France, and I wanted to write you and thank you for doing such a fabulous job. You put together a near perfect trip and we’ve loved every minute of it. I think perhaps you even planned the weather? It’s been hovering in the 70′s every day, except for one and we haven’t seen a drop of rain.
The hotel in Paris was just what it should be and the location was incredible. There were several great restaurants within a stone’s throw and of course, we were close to Metro, Louvre and so much more.
Hon Fleur was absolutely amazing. The pictures didn’t begin to do it justice. We spent an afternoon reading in the sunny square surrounded by 15th century buildings. Our hotel turned out to be a Best Western… but it was a 500-year old Best Western! So funny. The floors creaked with every step, but it was cozy and clean and the location looked out onto the town square. Delightful.
Our tour of Normandy turned out to be a private one as there were no other guests that day. The guide was so kind and LOVED history so it was a wonderful afternoon.
And the Loire Valley has been incredible. We’ve hit just about all the castles you’ve mentioned, . We’ve done a few others as well. Each one has been amazing. The hotel you have us in is, like you said, in the middle of nowhere. A perfect respite. After two weeks of treking all over the place, today we spent our first day doing nothing but sitting in the sun reading. Oh, and the restaurant you sent us, La Cave, to for lunch was so delightful. The food the entire trip has been wonderful.
So, we just wanted to say thank you… You found wonderful surprises for us that we wouldn’t have found on our own and that really made our trip. We will DEFINITELY being calling upon you again soon. We are thinking Peru next…

Coming home, Bruce said “We must get in touch with Pam right away and tell her what a marvelous experience Russia with Viking was!” All arrangements were flawless and we thank YOU for that! The rest was the skill of Viking in showing off the sights and providing great ambience aboard and the luck of the Irish for the rest! Perfect, and I mean, perfect, 70 degree, sunny all 14 days, in Russian of all places, wonderful folks to travel with, great food and accommodations. The trip home was tedious but we are reentering at our own pace and thinking good thoughts of our “super-agent” (that’s you, kid.) We are so grateful that we can always depend on your arrangements to be correct and enjoyable.
