Ever wonder how a cruise ship is built? Well, Royal Caribbean just released a video showing you how the cabins of their new ship, Quantum of the Seas, are being put together. The video takes you to the cabin factory of German shipbuilder Meyer Werft to show us the prefab process. What’s interesting about the video is that it shows how the cabins are completely fabricated before they even make it to the ship: fixtures, lamps even the carpeting is installed at the factory level. Then the cabins are brought to the ship and stacked inside the hull of the ship.
