On this Veteran’s Day Stellar Travel would like to thank all the service men and women for their dedication, service and sacrifice.
Celebrations and tributes occur around the world as we remember our fallen service men and women, maybe none of them more dramatic than the 2014 installation at the Tower of London. It’s a sobering and beautiful sight, almost 900,000 red poppies overtake the moat, one for each UK soldier lost during the battles of WWI. A small portion of the 17 million lost lives during the first world war.
