Passion Pearls
1 ½ oz passion fruit puree
¼ oz simple syrup
4 oz champagne
¼ oz Hennessy VSOP cognac
Mix puree, syrup, and cognac well. Pour into a champagne flute. Add champagne. Enjoy.
