From April 29 – May 17, 2017, Silversea’s expedition ship Silver Explorer will enter dry dock to undergo extensive upgrades.
Suites will be refreshed from the ground up. Public areas will receive new flooring and new furniture. A new library will be installed in the Observation Lounge, and the gym will nearly double in size. The spa will also be updated, including the steam room and sauna.
If you’d like to get a first look at the newly refurbished luxury ship, Silver Explorer will be spending June exploring Great Britain on two 11-day voyages before heading north to Svalbard in July.
