One of my best vacations this past year was to Oahu, Hawaii with our 10 year-old grandson, Wyatt. First we stayed and explored around Waikiki and then checked into the Disney Aulani Resort where the experience is truly heaven for children. Less “Disney” and more “Hawaiian” in theme, we learned Hawaiian language words through their multiple cultural programs, we “surfed” with Chip and Dale and yes, I had fun going around and around in Aulani’s lazy river pool with Wyatt.
